I practice a style of therapy that is both strengths-based and solution-focused. It is my belief that people have within themselves the ability to heal and lead meaningful lives. Traumatic life events have the potential to keep individuals feeling stuck; it can prevent us from realizing our full potential and maintaining healthy self-esteem. Beginning therapy can be a courageous decision and is often the catalyst to positive change. My goal is to work collaboratively with my clients in order to create that change. I provide a warm, open and supportive environment to work through challenges and start the process of healing to ultimately reach every client’s full potential.
